Yes! All clients receive a rendered version of their bar prior to production to ensure you are happy with the design and spelling. We are happy to do a number of proofs if required, to make sure you are happy with the design. Once we receive your approval we swing into production. Please note that changes to a design after we have received approval and gone to print may incur a re-printing charge.

Yes! Whatever your theme, we can create a chocolate bar wrapper to match. From elegant to fun to Gatsby to kids themed. We will work with you to design the perfect wrapper that goes hand in hand with your event.

On each product page you are able to select the specific date of your event. should it be significantly later in the year, we will contact you and will schedule the production of your order to fall within 2 week prior to this date just so you get the freshest chocolate available.

Our chocolate bars are the perfect size for both little and big hands.

You won't believe this - while we can handle orders in the hundreds, we also cater for those smaller events.

Yes! Our design team can match a chocolate design to any invitation, flyer or even artwork you have seen elsewhere on the web. Obviously if you have a high quality PDF version of the invitation this makes our job easier, but if you don't, don't worry. We can create a close approximate version for you based on a photograph of the invitation and as standard you will receive a rendered copy of the bar to approve prior to production.

Yes You can, Included in your order our team can create a design just for your brand and event, we aim to utilise a companies brand kit (colours, slogans, images) to ensure we amplify your brand with in your brand standards.

Yes! Just upload your photo while placing your order, or you can email it to us at orders@chocomise.com.au

We aim to have your design with you in 48 business hours, then once approved we head to create your order. From order to dispatch typically could take anything up to 7-21 business days to create and have your order delivered.

All we ask is that your feedback on our artwork proofs is forthcoming at a reasonable pace, but if you are in an urgent hurry, we can produce chocolates in just 144 hours if the need is very urgent (rush charge will apply). Very large orders may take longer.

Yes, we have a facility to add place card names to each and every chocolate you order for just an extra 50¢ per bar. When you can place your order now please ensure you tick the option "Add Guest Personalisation" on the product. If your guest list is finalised add it to the area available or if your guest list is not finalised, email that to us at order@chocomise.com.au when your list is finalised you can or production. Please send guest lists in Excel preferably.

Of course! If there is an alteration you would like to make to your bar just ask when you are sent your approval draft. When ordering certain bars you are able to add your own colour palette and text when placing your order. If the bar you are interested in doesn't allow that, after placing your order let us know by emailing order@chocomise.com.au.

All products on chocomise.com.au are advertised in Australian Dollars (AUD). chocomise accepts payment from Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Afterpay & Bank transfer with more options to come, watch this space.

Orders can be cancelled and cancellation notices must be sent via email to support@chocomise.com.au Fees may apply, please see Cancellation policy for more details.

Our delivery rate is calculated at check out and is based on the physical weight and delivery address. We will always aim to use the safest yet most cost effect solutions for our shipping and couriering services.

However , we do offer collection from our Perth, 6025 location.

Here you will need to complete all the required fields correctly before continuing. From there, you will proceed to make your payment and complete your purchase.

Absolutely! All our products are available for collection from our 6025 [Perth] postcode. When completing your order your please specify the collection option and once your order is ready for collection a email conformation will be sent confirming the collection address and time.

Unfortunately no. All our products are available for viewing and purchase online however you are welcome to discuss your order with us via the contact us page or orders@chocomise.com.au.

Yes, we do! We use Australia Post and courier service which deliver anywhere in Australia.

At this current time we do not ship internationally.

To ensure your favours are ready for your big day, we recommend at least 3 weeks prior to your event.

Chocomise takes approximately 48 Business hours to create the artwork for your bar, around 72-96 hours depending on the order size to produce your bars and then allow an estimated 3-5 business days for delivery.

We aim from start to finished for you to have your order with in 21 business days.
