Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policies

If you find our products are not presented in a manner that was agreed upon during the artwork approval process (e.g. misprinted following confirmation of artwork), Please contact us via email at support@chocomise.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. In this circumstance we'll cover the return shipping costs as well as replace the order with any defects corrected. For more confirmation of the order process and approval policy, please refer to our ordering policy. Refunds may apply where applicable and chocomise.com.au are at fault.

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of your order being placed and 25% of your order cost will be charged and the remaining amount will be processed as a refund.

Orders that have already been designed, produced and/or dispatched or are requested after 48 hours cannot be cancelled or refunded. All cancellation notices must be sent via email to support@chocomise.com.au.

Following placement of your order, if you change your mind about your design following approval and print, or wish to cancel your order once this stage is completed, this does not entitle you to a refund.

We are however happy to make adjustments to accommodate your needs, please refer to our ordering policy for further clarification. 

 If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided and your order cannot be delivered as a result, this does not entitle you to a refund, please refer to our shipping policy for further clarification.

In the event of items damaged in transit, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

Should you be eligible to receive a refund, this will be processed following chocomise.com.au receiving your email request within the time frame specified above, or not until any returned products are received and inspected.

Processing refunds may take four weeks, however in many cases you may receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return good from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process and inspect your return once we received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any refunds processed may incur restocking fees and other charges as all products (designs, printing etc) are made to order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued
