Chocomise Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every bite of your Chocomise order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Custom Products
Because our chocolates are made-to-order and often customised, we do not accept returns on these items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to the quality you expected, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Melted Items
If your chocolates arrive melted or damaged due to transit, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
