At Chocomise, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh, intact, and delicious. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 14-21 Business days.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery speed.
3. Warm Weather Shipping
To prevent melting, we may:

Include ice packs and thermal insulation during warmer months

Ship only Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays

Temporarily hold your order if the weather is too hot along the shipping route
4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Australia

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time
5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
