Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Chocomise, we aim to make your chocolate-buying experience as smooth and flexible as possible. Please review our purchase options and cancellation terms before placing your order.


Purchase Options

We currently offer:

  • One-Time Purchases: Choose your chocolates and order whenever you like.

  • Custom Orders: Personalise your chocolate with names, logos, or messages (non-refundable once processed).

  • Bulk/Corporate Orders: Available upon request. Please contact us for lead times and pricing.

  • Subscriptions: Every 4/6/8/12 weeks delivered to your door with a 10% discount.


Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hello@chocomise.com with your order number. After that, we may have already started processing or shipping, and the order cannot be canceled.

  • Custom Orders: Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to the personalised nature of the product.

  • Bulk or Corporate Orders: Orders of large quantity (or with special terms) may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, unless production has already begun.


Subscription Cancellations 

  • You may cancel your subscription after 3 repeats from your account dashboard or by contacting us before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the next shipment.
